How we write our guides
Our approach to sources, professional review, product recommendations and corrections.
Sources and scope
We use identifiable sources such as animal-welfare organisations and breed organisations. Each guide includes links for further reading. We separate practical suggestions from claims that need specialist evidence, and identify regional coverage where it matters.
These are introductory guides. They cannot account for an individual dog’s health, history or environment. Health concerns belong with your vet; training or behaviour problems may need assessment by a qualified professional.
Authorship and professional review
Guides are published under Boxer Dog HQ. The initial collection was prepared with AI assistance and source checks. It has not yet received independent review from a vet or qualified trainer. We will only name a reviewer when that person has actually reviewed the content and agreed to be credited.
We do not present generated stories as lived experience or invent qualifications, product tests or testimonials.
Photographs and illustrations
The launch hero photograph and brand illustrations were generated with AI. They are illustrative assets, not evidence of a dog’s health, behaviour or the results of a training method.
Products and commercial links
The initial gear guide explains how to choose and assess fit; it is not a hands-on product ranking. The current site has no affiliate links or paid placements. If commercial relationships are added, they will be disclosed on the relevant pages.
Updates and corrections
Guide dates indicate when the content was published or revised. We update dates when content changes, rather than making an unchanged page appear newly reviewed. Source material can also change, so check the linked organisation for its current guidance.
Contact information is maintained separately. We do not provide emergency advice or individual medical consultations.
